The goal of this structure is to provide for a fair and equitable structure for all, where no one member could be perceived to have disproportionate influence based on dues paid. Another goal is to ensure that income derived from member dues, in combination with non-dues income, will be sustainable and ensure partial coverage of operational costs now and in the future.
