Recent
- At their March meeting the Alliance Board finalized funding awards for 2026 lake and watershed projects via the Consolidated Local Funding Program supported by our local charitable foundations. We greatly appreciate these local contributions and the Alliance Members who perform the work.
- The Board also reviewed and approved an updated communications strategy and discussed additional funding opportunities that may be considered for Member projects in 2026.
- The County Executive hosted the 2026 Lake Symposium on 3/21/2026 at the Harbor Hotel in Celoron. Presenters included North Carolina State University, The Jefferson Project, GEI Consultants, DEC, CLA, CLP, and CWC. Click here to see the full video on the County’s YouTube page.
